Gardenfest Planning Meeting
This the group picture of the most of the clubs in District IV who attended this planning Meeting. The theme will be "The Frugal Gardener" The speakers will give us new ideas. Jackie Host & Elsie Mills represented the Garden Club of the Lakes. Let's all go

Theme was "THE BIRDS AND BEES"
Our group that attended the Meeting Shirley McKendree, Elsie Mills, Jackie Host, and Carrie Milligan.
Elizabeth Pate chairman of Roadside Beautification for FFGC presenting Jackie Host with the Pathway of Sunshine Award.
Jackie gave Art Burnett credit for getting the seeds for GCL and that was a big help in getting the award.
This was the lovely cake served at lunch.
