Halloween Downtown Keystone Heights
If you don't recognize them, that's Cheryl and Buddy King with Jackie Host at the GCL Halloween table. The group gave out a "lot" of candy to the little and not so little Monsters that came through. We had a terrific time.

September 11th at 2 PM there was a special program to rededicate the Vetrean Monument behind the Keystone Heights Library. The monument was refurbished and the abandoned fountain was transformed into a planter filled with Florida native plants. It was part of the "Let's Go Native Downtown" project and was the result of a grant received by GCL from the National Garden Clubs & the Principal Financial Group. Matching funds were also received from the City of Keystone Heights.
Jackie Host GCL President Gave the welcome to our Re-Dedication Ceremony September 11, 2008. Zaire Ankeney was chairman of the project but due to illness was unbble to attend. Zaire and her committee put in many hours of work on the project.

88 SEP 30 Membership Drive 10 AM-Noon City Hall, K.H. Special Program by Kelly Thomas of Bryan’s Ace Hardware Garden Center, K.H.
Lynda Carter Membership Chairperson coordinated the Membership Drive
Kelley Thomas of Ace Hardware and also a fellow club member had a very informative question & answer program.
